Frequently Asked Questions
To reserve your lodging:
- We request a 30% deposit and the balance the day of your arrival.
- For Christmas & new Eve period, we request a 50% deposit and 50% one month before your arrival.
- For 1 month and more stay, we request a 50% deposit and 50% one month before your arrival.
**NB:** Your deposit is not refundable. If you cancel your stay for any reason we reserve the right to keep the totality of the deposit. But if we can re-rent the accommodation, for the same dates and the same price we will be happy to refund you the deposit or keep it for a next trip.

Cancellation Policy:
We will not be held responsible for cancellation for ANY REASON.
In case of cancellation, a percentage charge shall be kept back off the rental price. Conditions are as follows :
- Cancellation 45 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date : 50 % of rate shall be hold.
- Cancellation within 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date : Totality of the rental amount is due.
- All Peak Season (15 December - 15 January) bookings are definitely not refundable.
