Cosi Apartment Cosy and Chic

Our pearl, sea view, feet in the water, the beach is just … there … This large two-room apartment, with separate bedroom, and grand bathroom, has a fully-equipped kitchen and spacious living room leading onto a colourful terrace and Zen garden. The apartment can accomodate a family of 4 persons. Le Cosi is situated on the ground floor and is accessible for differently-abled people, the elderly and families with young children (with push-chairs/strollers). From the apartment, the beach is just a short walk away (it is literally just in front of the garden) with easy access to many beach restaurants and amenities. Everything is within reach of the front door! Swim in the residence’s swimming pool or in the turquoise blue waters of Orient Bay, sunbathe, have a cocktail in any beach bar, or practise water sports.

Live as a local! In the morning, at sunrise when everything and everyone is asleep, have a quiet breakfast while you watch the daylight slowly break or take a walk to the bakery and fetch croissants, fresh bread and other pastries to bring home to savour on the terrace facing the sea. In the evening just a step away from the apartment discover "La Place du Village", with a wide variety of restaurants for every palate. We invite you to take the Tour de France and the world tour of flavors accompanied by a smooth jazz band and a range of souvenir shops. This is the rhythm of life at Le Cosi!

Our host met us when we arrived. Getting to the location was very straightforward even though it was on the other end of the island. She and her husband showed us around and even had a real Christmas tree to greet us in the bedroom! This location is literally more amazing in person than the pictures. That doesn't happen very often! The outdoor living space is as perfect as the interior. It's the prefect size for a romantic week away. The continual breeze makes dining inside or outside perfect. The windows of the home really let you bring in the best of the tropical environment---even in the shower! The location overlooks a lovely bay and the sunsets over the mountains behind the location are stunning. We loved taking the boat to Pinel Island where we could see our tiny house from the beach. We also loved hike that our host directed us to just a few kilometers from the house. The private beach is magical and my pictures just don't look real. We were so worried about the weather but as our host said, it rains every day for a few minutes and then the lovely sun comes out. She was right. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to hide away on a lovely tropical island, eat amazing French cuisine and relax in the sun this it he place to go!

If you love the beach and you love food - it's perfect

Beautifully decorated, one-bedroom apartment just feet from St. Maarten's most famous and colorful beach, and ten minutes away from Grand Case and a dozen of the best restaurants on the island. This was our 15th year in St. Martin/Maarten, and in addition to a time-share, we have regularly stayed at various private apartments and cottages, but this was so comfortable and convenient that we made our reservation for next year before we had even left. Located in a recently built community of two-story buildings right behind the beach at Orient Baie, you have half a dozen restaurants right in the community, a few stores for emergencies, pool and internet access, and even a view of the ocean from the backyard. I'm not quite sure why we ever left, but we are definitely going back.
